| | Hapless diplomat Axel thinks life is bad when his father, an ambassador in a hostile Communist country, goes on vacation and leaves Axel in charge of the embassy. Things are about to go from bad to worse, though. A family of American tourists are mistaken for spies and seek refuge under the care of Axel and his overwrought staff.
